1) Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return within 3 days of receipt, or an exchange within 7 days, provided the product is in its original condition and has not been opened or used, due to the nature of perfumes and for health and safety reasons.
If the request is based on the customer's preference and the product has no defect, the customer bears the shipping costs.
2) Defective Products
In case of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product after verification, provided you notify us within 3 days of receipt.
3) Receiving a Different Product
If you receive a product different from your invoice due to our error, we will bear the full cost of the exchange or return, provided the product has not been opened and you notify us within 3 days of receipt.
4) Authenticity Guarantee
All Laura Simeone perfumes are 100% authentic and come from approved and trusted sources.
5) Undelivered Orders
If an order is shipped but not received by the customer and is returned to the store, the customer may get a refund of the order value after deducting shipping and return costs of 50 AED, or request reshipping and pay the new shipping fees.
6) Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 2 to 14 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment method.
